This is the first game in the Crazy Castle series which all feature the same kind of gameplay. This particular one actually appeared first in Japan as Roger Rabbit. The only difference in the Japanese original is that all the characters are Roger Rabbit related, the main character is Roger Rabbit instead of Bugs Bunny. Both of them are a toon and a bunny, but later games in the series have Mickey Mouse and even a character as obscure as Kid Klown replaced by Bugs Bunny. I guess non-Japanese are supposed to like this funny rabbit over anything else. Lately, the series has taken a new twist and Woody Woodpecker is now starring in the game for all territories.
