Oh my goodness....I'm hanging with Nick Jonas...NICK JONAS!!! THE NICK JONAS!!! (Screams inside her head). He is sooo amazing, I am glad I told Belle to leave and go somewhere with Joe today...lucky Joe is hungry a lot. But I have to remember that I am not here to flirt, I am here to help Belle, my sole purpose. I can't be selfish; I have to pull my head in. PULL YOUR HEAD IN PEZ! He isn't on your to do list...wait that came out wrong (Pez suddenly burst out into laughter... Which looked odd as no one knew what she was thinking or what she was laughing at)Nick: (smiling, but confused) what are you laughing at? (he turned to look at Pez. The moment he turned the pitcher threw the ball and it hit nick on the back of the head) Pez: (stopping laughing as Nick grabbed his head) CRAP!! Oh my god are you ok? Nick...Nick: (still looking down with one hand on his head) Yeah...I'm good, that's why they use tennis balls to teach the younger ones I suppose.Pez: Yeah... gosh, I thought I was the only one who got hurt when I played sport. Maybe I'm a bad luck charm, maybe everyone gets hurt when I am there.Nick: (smiling despite the pain) Haha, doubtful. My goodness that kid has a good arm, pegged it with a whole lotta force. I am fine really I would just ... love to sit down.Pez: Right, ok you go sit on the bench over there, I will deal with the kids. (Turning to the little girl with the bat) Katie, can you run to the kitchen and ask for some ice and a towel please. (Katie ran away and she turned to the entire group) OKAY EVERYONE LISTEN!!!! I have to attend to Nick's head issue- Nice throw by the way Mark- So we are going to have free time. No baseball though, as that can be, as we have just been shown, pretty dangerous! So you are free to play footy, or soccer or sit and talk or whatever. (She turned back to Nick who was now sitting on the grass and sat down next to him. All the kids ran around and did their things Katie ran back with the ice)Pez: Thanks gorgeous, now you can go play. (Turning to Nick) and this is for you, (she wrapped the ice in the tea towel and held it to his head)Nick: Wow, you are pretty good at this.Pez: ...at icing your head? Thank you? Nick: haha, no, you are good at holding ice to my head but that's not what I meant. I meant all this, taking care of a group of kids, being in charge etc. Pez: Oh... thanks. It's fun, I enjoy it. Nick: You don't have to hold that on my head, I can do it. (He reached up and tried to grab the ice, but his hand fell on Pez' instead. They sat there for a moment looking at each other. Then Pez slid her hand away)Pez: (blushing and looking at the floor) I am truly sorry, I feel I should be making you better, as it was my fault you got hurt.Nick: How was it your fault? It was an accident. Had it not been unbelievably painful, it probably would have been really really funny.Pez: Yeah, I would've laughed, I mean if I wasn't so busy having a heart attack! But, I was the one who distracted you by laughing out loud like I did... quite randomly. If you didn't turn around you could've ducked. Wow I am a bad luck charm.Nick: No, you are not! In fact you aren't really a bad luck charm or a good luck charm. You are like a fun luck charm? Ok that doesn't make sense. I mean, I always have fun when I am with you.Pez: Even when you are sitting on a field in the blazing sun holding ice on your head after being whooped by a tennis ball?Nick: most definitely. This is actually always what I do in my free time for fun. (They both laugh). What were you laughing at anyway?Pez: Just a thought I had, which I physically LOLed at (like Laughed Out Loud).Nick: What was it?Pez: (blushing and looking at her feet) nothing.Nick: Nothing my butt!
