I fiddled with it for a while.Which way did he turn it? I whispered to myself, thinking I was alone.This way.He said as he reached over my shoulder and turned the knob. As he did a waterfall of books poured out of my locker and onto the empty, hallway floor. I bent down to big up the books. As I was shuffling through the books a large hand began to pick up the books faster than I could myself. I peaked up to see the Emmett I used to know. The Emmett who was my best friend. The Emmett that had kept me from falling. He had a slight smile on his lips. I just glared back thinking of what he did, really didnt do. Then the kind smile vanished. Gone. He stood up and I followed. He gave me my books. I hugged them to my chest. He rose his head and boy did he look mad. "So hows Robert?!?!" he says "Jealous?" i ask"Shut up!" he yells "Wow. I haven't heard that form or anything from you lately!"Saying that was like slapping him in the face. He hung his head low, not daring to look up. Im sorry. He whisperedI didnt know what to say. I wanted to say everything but nothing. He continued. Why? I heard myself ask. He knew what I meant.He raised his head and I saw the sorrow and sadness in his eyes. He uneasily held my gaze, it was still hypnotizing.I cant tell you.And why not?Because its a secret.I "laugh" at this. I began to lose my temper. Were not five Emmett just tell me! I was not in the mood for this.I could show you. He said in a low voice.When? Tonight, meet me at my house.Fine. I say and walk down the hall no caring that I had more books than needed. I slowly entered my trying not to drop the large pile of books in my arms. Then I drove home and sat on my bed, waiting for night fall.It was 8:45 and I was slowly making my way to Emmetts house. I would have gone faster but tonight was Halloween. I looked out the windows watching the little children in the their costumes. One was a mummy, and another dressed in all black, pretending he was a ninja. There was one child dressed as some sort of dog. That gave me a funny feeling inside. It made me uneasy. I began to become nervous when I turned onto Emmetts street; his house was now in view. I pulled into the driveway, and parked the car. I opened the door slowly not knowing what will happen. I look at the old building. One of the uppers windows brightens. I look up and see Emmett hanging halfway out of the tiny window.Dont come in, wait for me out there. He called.I stayed where I was and he closed the window and turned off the light. Within a minuet Emmett emerges from the house. He began walking toward me then I noticed that he had gotten even larger! I didnt think that was possible. He came closer until he was in front of me.________________________Stupid Youtube!!!!!
