Sirov burekRecept za burek s skuto in kislo smetano.PripravaPekač na tanko namažemo z oljem.V posodi zmešamo skuto, kislo smetano, jajci in sol.Rabimo približno 20 listov vlečenega testa.Na dno pekača položimo en list testa, druge liste pa natrgamo. Postopno vsak natrgan list pomakamo v skutno mešanico in nato v pekač.Ko porabimo testo, skutno mešanico prelijemo po pekaču.Pečemo 15 min na 180° C in 10 min na 200° C.ServiranjeVroč burek postrežemo s kozarcem jogurta.
