The boys looked at eachother; trying to figure out who to blame.After a couple of minutes in silence, Nicholas and Marlene entered the room."It was Nick!" they all said in unison. "What was me?" he asked confused.12 and 14"No, Joe! I'm not gonna come with you to that skate ramp to watch you make a fool of yourself!" Juliet said as she, Joe and Kevin entered the Johnson household."You sure? It would be really great to have someone there.. You know being my good luck charm" he said nudging her side, which made her giggle, and Kevin roll his eyes.They walked into the kitchen to find Nora and Henry sitting there, Anthony staring at the table, and Nora on the phone."What's going on?" Juliet asked her brother worried. "It's dad. He's in the hospital" Anthony told her sadly."Is he okay?" Juliet asked, expecting the worst."I don't know""-Thanks Paul, just come right over so we can go" Nora said into the phone before hanging up. "Juliet, Anthony, get your coats, were going to the hospital. Do you wanna come boys?" she asked the two dark haired brothers. "Yes" they said in unison....Three hours later, all the Jonas and the Johnsons were together in the hospital, crushed by the loss of their father, husband, friend, and protector...Anthony: If I'm feeling like I've got to be strong? Counsellor: Yes..Anthony: I don't have to be strong.. I AM strong.Juliet: You know what? I really don't want to talk about this..Counsellor: Isn't that why you're here?Juliet: Why are you complaining? It's you who's getting paid to talk to me.. I just have to be here for about an hour.. I don't really care about all this anyway..Counsellor: So you don't care that your father just died?Juliet: I said I didn't want to talk about it!Marlene: (crying) Counsellor: It's okay, let it out Marlene..Marlene: He died..Counsellor: I know, I'm sorryMarlene: I'm gonna miss him so much14 and 16"Dude, lay off her" Joe said as he pushed the guy who had been flirting with Juliet, not wanted on her part."Hey! Relax, I didn't do anything wrong" the 15 year old guy said, holding up his hands in defence. "What's going on?" Anthony asked as he and Kevin came up to them."This guy hit on Jules" Joe said through gritted teeth."So?" Kevin raised his eyebrows."SO! This guys a butthead and a scum!" Juliet said."Wow, those words sounds oddly familiar" Anthony joked."Funny, Anthony" Joe said, then pushed the guy away."You okay?" Kevin asked, giving Juliet a sideways hug."I'm great.. Now" she said while hugging back.Joe watched them as Kevin walked away with his hand around Juliet's shoulders. He couldn't believe it, HE was the one who had helped her out, and still, Kevin was the one she thanked. Joe: She just walked away with him!! Not even caring that I was the one who helped her!Counsellor: I can imagine that youre feeling rather frustrated about this..Joe: Rather? RATHER?! Oh my gosh, who even uses those kind of words anymore?!Counsellor: So Im guessing Im right?Joe: (in a game-host voice) Congratulations, you got it right! Now, for your price!! Stop asking Joe dumb questions!!Counsellor: Joe, frustration is not a good thing to have locked up inside, I think you have to let it out. Joe: You want it out? Here it is! Ive done EVERYTHING for that girl! Like, seriously! Ive known her since I was 2 freaking years old! And every time shes asked me to do something for her, or when shes been in trouble, Ive helped her out!!! And then Kevin waltzes in and steals all my thunder!!!! And what can I do about it? NOTHING! Because she freaking loves him!
